This meter measures the mass flow rate based on the theory that the cooling velocity of hot wire is determined by pipe velocity and flow gas contents. A TH1500 type of flow meter is available for measuring a range of flow rates from 0 to 1000ℓ/min. And another type TF-2000 flow meter is also available for measuring very low flow rates from 10 to 200 ℓ/min with the error of precision accuracy of ±1％.
