High response hydrocarbon analyzer

The measurements of gas concentration are performed by using the fast flame ionization (FFID) detector HFR400 Combustion. The detector output is filtered by low pass filter at 200 Hz through two channel filters. A needle is 200 mm long and with the inner diameter of 0.3 mm. An operating chamber temperature is typically kept about 300℃. This set-up typically ensures the frequency response of approximately 150 Hz under transit time of 25 milliseconds.
