2006.6 On Presentation |
Presentation time is 15 min (12min presentation and 3min discussion) for each paper.
A personal computer (Windows-XP, English version) and a PC-projector will be available in each room for speakers. Speakers who use the PC facility are
advised to prepare Power-Point file for presentation in a CD-ROM or a USB flash memory. The own laptop with a VGA connector will be also allowed.
If an overhead projector is needed, it must be requested in advance. Presentation file must be handed, at least two hours before the presentation, to the
technical staff in the room. |

2006.6 Call for participation in desktop exhibition |
Tabletop exhibition that costs 50,000yen during the symposium is available.
For each delegates, one desk (1500mm*600mm) and electric power will be supplied. Please contact the secretary of CWE2006 by June 23. |

2006.6 On boat trip |
There will be a (about 2 hours) boat trip near Yokohama bay in the evening of July 17 and dinner will be served on board. The fee is 5,000 yen and only 40 seats are available on the first come basis. |

A technical tour to the earth simulator, which was the No.1 super computer in 2002, will be made on July 20. Please kindly inform us before June 10 if you are interested in it. |
